Vincent Perez is a member of the Board of Trustees of WWF China and a member of advisory boards of Bhutan Foundation, Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines, New Zealand Trade Enterprise, Pictet Clean Energy Fund, and Yale Center for Business and Environment. He is currently the CEO of Alternergy, and the chairman of Merritt Partners. As the former Philippine Energy Minister, he promoted clean indigenous energy and crafted an ambitious renewable energy policy framework. He served briefly as Deputy Minister for Industry and was vice chairman of the Philippines’ Renewable Energy Board. He has invested in various sustainable energy and eco-tourism ventures and is a member of the Advisory Boards of BDO, Coca-Cola Philippines, Pictet Clean Energy Fund, Singapore Telemedia, and the Center for Business and the Environment at Yale University. Vince holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania and obtained a degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines, and was a Yale World Fellow where he lectured an MBA class on renewable power.
